By accessing this website, requesting a quotation or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

Snow Blue Media offers services such as news portal website development, website redesign, mobile application development, digital publishing solutions and PRGI-related consultancy or documentation assistance. The exact deliverables, price, schedule, revisions and support are determined by the accepted quotation or written scope.

Anything not specifically included in the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.

Clients must provide accurate information, lawful content, required approvals, timely feedback, credentials and payments. The client is responsible for rights to all names, logos, images, articles, videos, data and other material supplied for the project.

Delays in content, approvals, access or feedback may change the delivery schedule.

Fees, taxes, milestones and payment dates are stated in the quotation or invoice. Work may begin only after the required advance is received. We may pause work, support, transfer or launch when a payment is overdue.

Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, software licences, app-store charges, advertising or government fees are separate unless expressly included.

Included revisions are limited to the agreed scope. New features, major design changes or requests made after approval may be chargeable. A deliverable may be treated as accepted after written approval, launch, use in production or failure to report a material issue within a reasonable review period stated in the project communication.

After full payment, the client receives the rights expressly described in the project agreement. Snow Blue Media retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, know-how and materials that were not created exclusively for the client.

Third-party themes, fonts, plugins, stock assets, APIs and software remain subject to their respective licences. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing.

You must not use our website or services for unlawful activity, infringement, malware, fraud, harassment, unauthorised access, misleading impersonation or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Hosting providers, domain registrars, app stores, search engines, social platforms, payment processors, government portals and other third parties operate independently. Their availability, approval decisions, policies, fees and performance are outside our control.

We aim to provide services with reasonable care, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific traffic level, revenue, search ranking, AI recommendation, app-store approval, PRGI approval or government processing time.

To the extent permitted by law, Snow Blue Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business opportunity. Any direct liability will be limited as stated in the applicable written agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to any mandatory legal rights, disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
